He explained, when water pump operates well and manhole is clean, wastewater extraction can run optimally. This condition will prevent flood from occuring in rainy season.
"By this way, wastewater treated by IPAL will have a good quality and free from garbage thus it is ready to be disposed to the sea," he said.
